This page explains what information the Makeup by Dalia website collects, how the website uses it, and who to contact with a question about it.
Information you send us
The Contact page has an enquiry form that asks for your first name, last name, mobile number, email address, the type of makeup you are interested in and your message.
The Bridal Makeup Booking page has a booking form that asks for your full name, mobile number, email address, the address where your makeup will be applied, your wedding date and the number of people in your bridal party who need makeup.
When you send either form, your details are emailed to Makeup by Dalia, saved in the website’s form system, and passed to the enquiry management system run by Evosion, the company that looks after this website. Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your booking.
The chat assistant
A chat assistant is available on every page. If you use it, your messages are sent to an AI service run by Evosion so that it can reply. If you ask to speak with a person, the chat asks for your mobile number so that Makeup by Dalia can contact you. Your conversation is also kept in your own browser so that it carries on as you move between pages.
Website analytics and advertising
This website uses certain third-party services to provide functionality, display content, measure website activity, or support advertising. Depending on how these services are configured, they may receive information from your browser or device when their content or code loads.
Across the website, Google Analytics is used to understand how visitors use the site. It sets first-party cookies in your browser that last about 13 months.
Across the website, Google Ads is used to measure whether advertising leads to enquiries, and for remarketing, which means a visit to this website can be used to show you Makeup by Dalia ads on other websites. Google Ads sets a first-party cookie that lasts about 90 days. Google Ads call tracking is also used, which can show a Google forwarding number in place of our usual number so that calls from advertising can be measured.
On the Contact page, a Google Maps embed loads from Google, along with the fonts the map uses.
Some third-party services may also set or access cookies or similar technologies on their own domains. We do not control those third-party technologies directly.
